    While the Pelham Library is temporarily closed to inside traffic, Linda Reynolds will host online Zoom meetings with those who want a better understanding about how to navigate Medicare! Does Medicare confuse you? Get answers at this seminar provided by Linda Reynolds, an independent insurance agent with 15 years’ experience. The presentation simplifies complex issues such as the Medicare parts, enrolling and more. Hundreds age into Medicare each month in this area.   3. Line Dancing Improver

    September 15, 2020, 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Parks and Recreation

    This class if for experienced beginners (between beginner and intermediate). Students have mastered more complex steps and count changes with syncopation. Routines are 32 count, 48 count or 64 count. Dances are set to music and may include turns, multiple tags and secondary upper body movements. Online registration will open Monday prior to the class.

    Barre is a low impact, energizing workout that has proven to create long, lean, powerful muscles and increases flexibility. Classes include the use of the ballet barre, hand weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls. Exercises typically focus on small, pulsing movements with emphasis on form, alignment, and core management. Please bring your own yoga mat! All level are welcome and encouraged.

    All paces welcome! Choose between a 3 mile route or a 4 mile route. It's an out and back so walkers could shorten, if needed for a beginner. Route is stroller friendly. Route includes a short distance on the road, so no unattended children please. No pre-registration required.
