The Finance Department is responsible for safeguarding Pelham’s assets through adherence to the Govermental Accounting Standards Board’s (GASB) rules and regulations. The Department prepares and distributes monthly financial reports. Additionally, the Finance Department records and receipts all City revenues; is responsible for accounts payable payments; monitors and assists businesses to ensure appropriate licenses are obtained; prepares annual budgets; manages debt service; and assists external auditors in completing annual audits. 

Licenses and permits are available downstairs in Pelham City Hall at 3162 Pelham Parkway.
