How do I obtain new water service?
New service may be obtained by completing an application and providing the necessary documentation.
How do I discontinue water service?
- Complete a Discontinue Service Request form. Email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 205.620.6560.
How do I report a water related problem?
- Contact the Water Works office at 205.620.6420.
- Complete a Request For Action Form.
How do I check for a water leak?
If you have experienced a higher than normal water bill you may have a leak. Check for High Usage.
What do I do if I have a leak?
We offer courtesy assistance to customers who have had a substantial increase in water use due to a leak. Please follow these guidelines.
