Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It is easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. This class will run for 6-weeks on Saturday morning from 8:30 ~ 9:30 am. The library suggests that participants wear comfortable, loose clothing along with gym shoes. Space is very limited, so register early! Library cardholders only pay $30 for the 6-week sessions upon registration, non-cardholders pay $40. Ages 18 and up. Call the library at 205.620.6418 to register.
