The Pelham Civic Complex will furnish, as part of the rental agreement, heating/cooling (controlled by the complex staff), normal lighting and janitorial services.
Meetings requiring less time can be directly negotiated with the Director of Sales and Marketing.
MAIN ARENA RATES
The Arena measures16,000 sq. ft. with boards up and 20,000 sq. ft. without boards. It has a ceiling height of 30 ft.
