The Human Resources Department has a staff of three. Jerry Nolen has worked as the Human Resources Director and Safety Coordinator since 1996. Jerry has a B.S. Degree in Management of Human Resources. He also is a Alabama Certified Public Personnel Administrator since 2002 and is on the Education Committee for Alabama. |
Personnel Board Members
The Personnel Board, established according to the Civil Service Act, is composed of one member elected by city employees, one member appointed by the Mayor and one member appointed by mutual consent of the two appointed members.
