The Mayor and City Council will host three town hall meetings Monday, October 12th at the Pelham Civic Complex to discuss a proposed sewer rate increase. Meeting times are 7:00 a.m. for discussion of the proposed commercial rate increase, and 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. for discussion of the proposed residential rate increase.
