Sealed bids for the lease of (1) John Deere 1435 24HP Diesel Front Mower or equivalent and (1) John Deere 72” side discharge deck or equivalent, for the City of Pelham, Pelham Racquet Club, as specified by the City of Pelham, will be received by the Deputy City Clerk, Marsha Yates, at Pelham City Hall, 3162 Pelham Parkway, Pelham, AL 35124 prior to Friday, October 23, 2009, 10:00AM, at which time they will be opened.
The bids should be for a 3-year lease/purchase term with a $0.00 buyout clause at the end of the 3 year agreement. The bids must also include the delivery of the mower to the Pelham Racquet Club.
A copy of bid specifications may be obtained from the Park and Recreation office during regular business hours or at Pelham City Hall.
Bids will be opened on Friday, October 23, 2009 at 10:00AM, and may be taken under advisement for up to thirty (30) days to evaluate in detail. The City of Pelham reserves the right to reject any and all bids and select the proposed bid deemed to be in the best interest for the City of Pelham.
