| Each year the Pelham Beautification Board recognizes a police officer for making a positive impact on improving the appearance of the city by diligently enforcing the laws concerning litter. Officer Jason Humphries was the recipient for 2003 and was presented with a plaque commending him for his dedication by Brenda Wade of the Pelham Beautification Board as Police Chief Allan Wade looks on. |
