Grebel Dance's Alabama Youth Ballet Company will present "The Nutcracker " at Pelham High School, Saturday, December 15, 2007 at 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM and Saturday, December 16, 2007 at 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
Pelham is the home of the Stevan Grebel Center for Dance and the Alabama Youth Ballet Company. Featured performers are students, company members and community cast members, as well as a surprise guest as Mother Ginger. (Past guests playing the role have been Mayor Bobby Hayes and Fire Chief Gary Waters.) "The Nutcracker" auditions are open each year to all members of the community. This will be the 4th annual production presented by Grebel Dance.
