Public Hearing Announcement: The Pelham City Council will hold a public hearing on July 17, 2006 to consider Ordinance No. 135-172 changing the present zoning of A-1 Agricultural District to B-1 Local Business District on property located at 3308 Highway 52 West. The applicant is Mary Hinds.
