Municipal Court
Municipal Court has jurisdiction over motor vehicle and traffic violations, criminal misdemeanors and municipal ordinance violations established by the Code of Ordinances and committed within the city limits of Pelham, Alabama.
LOCATION AND HOURS OF OPERATION
The Municipal Court is located inside the Police/Court Facility on Church Street, behind Pelham City Hall. (3174 Church Street, Pelham, AL 35124)
Hours of operation are from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday. Court personnel can be reached during these times at (205) 620-6407.
Court sessions are held the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Tuesday and the 4th Monday of each month at 4:00 P.M.
