Pelham Water Works has partnered with FDIS to provide a secure method of payment for our customers using the internet.

Our business hours are 7:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday unless otherwise specified and excluding designated holidays.  Please allow 48 hours to update customer records.  If your account is past due or about to be disconnected do not assume payment being made online will avoid service disruption.  If service has been disconnected due to delinquency, you need to contact our office at 205-620-6420 during business hours.  If you have any questions or do not understand this disclosure, please call our office for assistance.

An online credit card payment is non-refundable unless it is an overpayment of a finalized account.  A final account that has been over-paid by a credit card transaction will be issued a refund check by Pelham Water Works after 30 days.

The following is needed to access your account online:

1-Your Account Number---this is located on the top left corner of your bill

2-Your PIN---call our office to obtain your PIN

3-We currently accept Visa or MasterCard as forms of payment.  Check cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.

4-Login to our secure server with this information and pay your bill efficiently and quickly!

When you have completed this process, you will receive an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your payment.  This e-mail will give you an authorization number.

If the City of Pelham determines that a payment error has been made, the amount in error will be promptly refunded to the payee.
