DISCONNECT POLICY
If your account becomes Past Due your service is subject to Disconnect at any time. Failure to receive your bill does not relieve payment obligation.
Disconnect Notices are not mailed.
If your service has been disconnected for Non-payment a Disconnect Fee of $50.00 will be added to your account. All charges on your account must be Paid in Full for service to be restored. Once service has been disconnected we cannot accept a check. Payment will need to be made with cash, cashier's check, money order, MasterCard or Visa. If payment is received in our office before 3:00 p.m. service will be restored the same day. Payments made after 3:00 p.m. service will be restored the next business day, unless you wish to pay an additional $37.50 After Hours Fee to have the service restored the same day. Payment must be in our office by close of business at 4:00 p.m. Payments made online must include all outstanding charges plus $50.00 disconnect fee. Water will not be restored until the online payment is received in our office. Online payments can take up to 48 hours to be received in our office.
Please remember online payments are not received in our office until the next business day. Service cannot be restored until payment has been received in our office.
