E-BILL

In an effort to make the billing and payment options to our customers more convenient, Pelham Water Works is now offering Electronic Billing. You can give us your e-mail information by calling 205-620-6420, or send an e-mail to [email protected] Your bill will then be sent to your e-mail box each month instead of a paper bill.

The reading and due dates will remain the same as well as all terms and conditions.  All of the information that you get on your paper bill will be on your electronic bill, your account number, previous and current readings, usage, due date, Pin number, the breakdown of your services total due and the amount due after the due date.  There is also a link to pay your bill online with a Visa or MasterCard.

Failure to receive the bill will not relieve payment obligation.  Any previous balance is subject to be disconnected at any time.
