Visitors are welcome at the Pelham Civic Complex for a session of ice skating, or if tennis is your game, the Pelham Racquet Club will be happy to schedule a match. Both facilities are state of the art.
Plans for a municipal golf course are moving forward with the selection of an architect expected soon. Construction should begin in early 2003.
Oak Mountain State Park, the largest state park in Alabama, is right in Pelham’s backyard.
