| The City of Pelham in cooperation with Shelby County Development Services recently hosted three training sessions covering general provisions of the International Building Code, the International Fire Code, and the International Residential Code. Participants in this training effort included building and fire code officials from Pelham, Alabaster, Calera, Chelsea, Helena, Hoover, Shelby County Development Services, and supervisors from the Shelby County Board of Education. |
