Sgt. Prichard was promoted last December and has served in the police department for 12 years.

Sgt. Swinney, promoted in January, currently serves as the liaison to Pelham High School.  He has been with the department for 15 years.

Scott Tucker was promoted from Sergeant to Lieutenant over the Criminal Investigation Division effective February 12, 2002.

Officers Davy Lott and Tom Walker were promoted to Sergeant effective March 5, 2002.  Sgt. Lott has been with the police department for six years and Sgt. Walker has been with the department for almost 20 years.
