News Lieutenant Marcrum Attends National Fire Academy 6/5/2003   Lieutenant Dewitt Marcrum, Fire Inspector and Public Education Officer for the Pelham Fire Department, recently completed an on campus course at the National Fire Academy titled "Presenting Effective Public Education Programs."  Lieutenant Marcrum plans to use this training to improve and expand the current fire prevention education efforts of the Pelham Fire Department.
