The Pelham Planning Commission meets the 2nd Thursday night of each month at 7:00 P.M. at Pelham City Hall, 3162 Pelham Parkway.   All zoning requests are first presented to the Planning Commission, and the commission makes a recommendation to the Pelham City Council.  All subdivision preliminary and final plats are presented to the Planning Commission.  An application for rezoning, information on submitting plat maps, or a list of  the board members may be obtained by calling (205) 620-6480 or by sending an email to jsides@pelhamonline.com.
