The administrative offices of Pelham Water Works and Sewer Department are located directly behind Pelham City Hall at 3111 Cummins Street.  The mailing address is P. O. Box 277, Pelham, Alabama 35124.

Questions regarding water service can be addressed by coming to the Water Works Office or calling (205) 620-6420.  The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.  Water emergencies occurring at times other than the above mentioned business hours should be reported to the Police Department at (205) 620-6550.  The Water Works can be e-mailed at [email protected].  E-mail is checked only during normal business hours.
