Billy Crandall, Parks and Recreation Manager

Billy Crandall joined the City of Pelham in December 2002 after a 20-year career in the Healthcare field.  A sports enthusiast, Billy played baseball and basketball early in his life.  He has been a parent, manager, and president of baseball at Pelham City Park for the past 12 years.

Billy manages the daily operation of the Pelham City Park Complex and oversees the maintenance of three mini-parks within the city.  He is also working in the development of Fun Go Holler Park.

A staff of seven maintain park properties.
