Mike Morgan, C.M.R.O., Revenue Director

Mike Morgan has served as Revenue Director of the City of Pelham since September 1990.  As Revenue Director, he oversees a staff of seven full-time employees who collect all taxes, business licenses and permit fees due the City.  Mike received the designation of Certified Municipal Revenue Officer from the University of Alabama College of Continuing Studies in 1992.  He is currently president of the Alabama Municipal Revenue Officers Association.  He and his family are long time residents of Pelham.
