Spring Clean-Up Day
Each year the city offers a Spring Clean-up Day during the month of April. It’s the perfect time to clean out the attic or basement and get rid of unwanted items. Examples include broken lawn furniture, swing-sets, household furniture, appliances (excluding refrigerators), etc. The service provider will not pick up hazardous materials such as paints, insecticides, batteries, tires, refrigerators, gas grills, etc. Items must be curbside by 7:00 A.M. Please recycle unwanted items in good condition by contributing them to a local charity. You may call the Salvation Army pick up at 252-8151 or Hannah Home pick up at 856-1234.
